We provide a limited warranty for eligible tools purchased from our official store.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty Period
Warranty period:
- Power tools: 6 months
- Batteries and chargers: 3 months
- Accessories and consumable parts: No warranty unless defective upon arrival
The warranty starts from the delivery date.
What Is Covered
The warranty may cover:
- Motor failure caused by manufacturing defect
- Electrical failure under normal use
- Charger malfunction
- Battery not charging due to manufacturing defect
- Product received defective upon arrival
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper operation
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, water, dust, fire, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Overload, overuse, or commercial abuse
- Modified or repaired products by unauthorized parties
- Consumable parts such as blades, drill bits, chains, pads, brushes, and accessories
- Battery damage caused by improper charging or storage

To request warranty service, please contact us with:
- Order number
- Product photos or videos
- Description of the issue
- Photo of the product label or serial number if available
After review, we may offer repair guidance, replacement parts, product replacement, or another suitable solution.
Warranty Shipping
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the warranty case and product condition.
