Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Mexico.

Do you ship outside Mexico?

Currently, we only ship within Mexico.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, we will send you a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Do your tools include batteries?

Please check each product page carefully. Some products include batteries and chargers, while others may be tool-only.

Can I return a product?

Yes, returns may be requested within 7 days after delivery if the product is unused, complete, and in original packaging.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days with your order number, photos of the package, and photos or videos of the damaged product.

Do your tools have warranty?

Yes, eligible tools include a limited warranty. Power tools usually have 6 months warranty, while batteries and chargers have 3 months warranty.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect purchase, the customer pays return shipping. If the issue is caused by a defective or wrong product, we will review and provide a solution.
