We currently ship within Mexico only.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mexico. This allows us to provide faster delivery and avoid international customs delays.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or Mexican public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product weight, package size, and selected shipping method.
For heavy tools, batteries, or oversized items, shipping fees may vary depending on the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or message.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the damaged product if applicable.
